Delete your account and data

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, at any time, without contacting us.

From inside the app

1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap Delete account & all data.
4. Confirm when prompted.

What gets deleted

Permanently, and immediately:

• Your account record — email, display name and password hash
• All child profiles, including allergies, dietary notes and custom goals
• All food logs, reactions, meal plans, lunchboxes, recipes, pantry and grocery lists
• Every photo you attached to a child, recipe or scanned product
• Cached product image addresses and your app settings

What we retain

Nothing. The app has no server and no cloud account — your data was only ever on your device, so there is no copy anywhere for us to keep or delete. This also means the deletion cannot be undone and we cannot recover anything for you. If you want to keep a record, export the pediatrician summary first.

Other ways to delete

Uninstalling the app removes every account on the device along with all of their data — the operating system deletes the app's entire storage area.

Two things sit outside the app's reach: a device backup you made through iCloud or Google may still contain app data until that backup is replaced or deleted in your platform settings, and product images may remain briefly in your operating system's own image cache, which the app cannot clear.
